Unser Herbst der Solidarität hat vor sechs Jahren im „Sommer der Migration 2015“ begonnen, als an den EU-Außengrenzen die Mauer der europäischen Abschottung von Geflüchteten niedergerissen wurde! Am 4.9.2021 führen wir auf der Großdemonstration des #unteilbar-Bündnisses unseren Herbst der Solidarität weiter. Wir machen weiter Druck – mit unseren unzähligen antirassistischen, dekolonialen, queer-feministischen, antifaschistischen, migrantischen, mieten-, klima-politischen und sozialen Kämpfen.

2015 haben sich unsere Geschwister auf den Weg gemacht, nationale Grenzen zu überqueren, die hochmilitarisierte Grenzüberwachung ʻFron-texʼzu überwinden und ihr Recht auf Bewegungsfreiheit und Asyl einzufordern. Währenddessen machte sich die solidarische Mehrheit der Gesellschaft startklar, Alle „Willkommen“ zu heißen! Migrantische Selbstorganisationen, Geflüchteten-Initiativen, solidarische Netzwerke, Initiativen und Gruppen gründeten sich, um Migrant*innen dabei zu unterstützen, gut anzukommen und in Almanya menschenwürdig zu leben, zu wohnen und zu arbeiten.

Aber seit dem Sommer der Migration 2015 ist viel passiert! Einerseits wurden unsere antirassistisch-unteilbaren Kämpfe, unsere Stimmen, Vernetzungen und das migrantische Leben in Almanya zwar noch stärker, aber andererseits waren wir auch politischem Druck, Repression und Gewalt ausgesetzt!

INSTITUTIONELLER RASSISMUS, ANTISEMITISMUS UND RECHTSTERRORISMUS TÖTEN!

Nach dem Feuer im überfüllten Geflüchtetencamp im Lager Moria auf Lesbos im September 2020 haben sich Seehofer & Co vehement geweigert, obdachlos gewordene Geflüchtete in einer lebensbedrohlichen Situation aufzunehmen und die menschenfeindlichen Lager zu evakuieren. Sie haben den Bundesländern sogar verboten, mit eigenen freiwilligen Landesaufnahmeprogrammen Geflüchtete aufzunehmen. Diese rassistische Politik legitimierte weiter das massenhafte Sterben-Lassen im Mittelmeer, während hierzulande Bleibeperspektiven abgebaut und auf Abschiebepolitik gesetzt wird. Seenotrettung wird kriminalisiert – Deutschland und die Berliner Regierung schieben mitten im Lockdown nach Afghanistan, dem gefährlichste Land der Welt, ab.

Diese Politik ist Wasser auf den Mühlen der Rechten in den Parlamenten und auf der Straße! Erschreckende, rechtsterroristische Attentate haben in Almanya Allen schonungslos vorgeführt, dass Rassismus auch im Inneren tötet. AfD-Politikerinnen verbreiten rassistische und antisemitische Verschwörungsmythen und handeln als parlamentarischer Arm des rechten Terrors. Migrantisches Leben ist nicht sicher, denn die Entnazifizierung in den Behörden hat nie stattgefunden. Wir beklagen die 159 Opfer, die in Polizeigewahrsam getötet wurden – wie in Dessau, Kleve, Delmenhorst. Bis heute verweigern Politik und Sicherheitsbehörden rechte Netzwerke in der Gesellschaft, in Polizei, Justiz und in der Bundeswehr zu entwaffnen und zu bekämpfen.

Wir trauern um unsere Geschwister, die in Hanau, in Halle, in Kassel und in München von Rassisten ermordet wurden. Die Opfer sind unvergessen und leben in unseren Kämpfen weiter! Mit unseren Freundinnen in Hanau fordern wir Erinnerung, Gerechtigkeit, lückenlose Aufklärung und Konsequenzen. Wir werden keine Ruhe geben, wir lassen uns nicht einschüchtern und wir kämpfen weiter für die solidarische Gesellschaft der Vielen.

WIR SIND DA – UND WIR BLEIBEN DA!

Deshalb geht es für uns ums Ganze: Wir fordern das gute Leben für Alle! Während der Corona-Pandemie haben wir gesehen, wessen Leben zählt und wessen nicht. Die Politik hat sich konsequent dafür entschieden, Geflüchtete in unsicheren, beengten Lagern unter Quarantäne zu stellen. Anstatt zu evakuieren und sowohl Geflüchteten als auch Obdachlosen dezentrale Wohnungen zur Verfügung zu stellen, wurden Tore zugemacht!

Während die einen sich in ein sicheres Zuhause zurückziehen konnten, mussten Arbeitsmigrant*innen für Hungerlöhne Spargel und Erdbeeren pflücken oder Fleisch bei Tönnies in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Für viele Menschen, migrantisch oder nicht, hieß es, sich als unterbezahlte Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiter*innen in den Krankenhäusern kaputt zu arbeiten. Sie mussten weiter an den Kassen stehen, Essen bis an die Wohnungstür liefern und oft als Illegalisierte in Haushalten putzen und pflegen.

Und das obwohl Menschen, die schon in der 3. Generation in Almanya leben, arbeiten und Steuern zahlen, kein demokratisches Mitbestimmungsrecht haben, wenn sie nicht die deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit besitzen. Es ist undemokratisch und institutioneller Rassismus, wenn fast 10 Mio. Menschen von Wahlen und Volksentscheiden ausgeschlossen werden.

Der Ökozid ist für Menschen im Globalen Süden schon längst Realität und eine der häufigsten Fluchtursachen, weshalb der Kampf um Klimagerechtigkeit untrennbar mit dekolonialen Kämpfen verbunden ist. Die postkoloniale Plünderung fossiler Rohstoffe im Globalen Süden hat den Menschen schon lange vor der Pandemie ihre natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen und Lebensräume geraubt. Die Pandemie hat diese Kette der globalen Ungleichheit vervielfacht. Die unsolidarische Verteilung medizinischer Güter und ein rein profitorieniertes, nicht gesundheitsorientiertes Patentrecht steht in dieser Kontinuität. Weder Klimakollaps noch Pandemie machen vor nationalen Grenzen halt! Wir brauchen dringend global-gerechte Lösungen für Alle!

GAME OVER! WIR WOLLEN KEIN ZURÜCK IN DEN KAPITALISTISCH-RASSISTISCHEN NORMALZUSTAND!

Unsere Diagnose lautet: wir leben in einer hochbrisanten Zeit, es ist alles offen, und wohin es geht, hängt von unseren Kämpfen, Visionen und Bündnissen ab! Wir brauchen dringend einen Aufbruch in eine solidarische Gesellschaft für Alle! Am 4.9.2021 sind wir in Berlin, um klar und deutlich zu sagen, dass wir tagein tagaus mit unseren Kämpfen und unserer handgemachten Solidarität Licht in die trübselige Dunkelheit gebracht haben und es ohne wenn und aber auch weiterhin tun werden!

Our Autumn of Solidarity started six years ago during the “Summer of Migration 2015”, when the wall of European isolation was torn down by refugees at the borders of the EU! On September 4th 2021, we are continuing our Autumn of Solidarity at the mass demonstration of the #Indivisible alliance. We are keeping up the pressure – with our countless antiracist, decolonial, queer-feminist, antifascist, and migration, housing and climate-related political and social struggles.

In 2015, our siblings set out to cross national borders, overcome the highly militarized border guard organization ‘Frontex’ and to demand their right to free movement and asylum. Meanwhile, the majority of society got ready to bid them “Welcome” in solidarity! Migrant organizations, refugee initiatives, solidarity networks and other initiatives and groups were founded to support migrants in arriving safely and living and working in humane conditions in Almanya.

A lot has happened since the Summer of Migration 2015! One the one hand, our antiracist-indivisible struggles, our voices, networks and migrant life in Almanya have become stronger, but on the other hand, we were faced with political pressure, oppression and violence!

INSTITUTIONAL RACISM, ANTISEMITISM, AND RIGHT-WING TERRORISM KILL!

After the fire at the overcrowded refugee camp Moria on Lesvos in September 2020, Seehofer and the likes have vehemently refused to take in refugees who were now houseless in life-threatening circumstances, and to evacuate these inhumane camps. They even forbid the German states from taking in refugees under their own voluntary asylum programs. These racist politics further legitimized letting people die in masses in the Mediterranean, while perspectives for long-term residence are dismantled, and deportation policies are strengthened here. Sea rescue is being criminalized – Germany and the Berlin Senate are deporting people to Afghanistan, the most dangerous country in the world, in the middle of lockdown.
These policies add further fuel to the fire of right-wing hostility in our parliaments and on the streets! Terrifying right-wing terrorist attacks in Almanya have demonstrated to everyone without mercy that racism kills inside the country, too. AfD politicians spread racist and antisemitic conspiracy myths and act as parliamentary wing of right-wing terror. Migrant lives are not safe, because there was never a de-nazification of German authorities. We mourn 159 victims who were killed in police custody, like in Dessau, Kleve, Delmenhorst. Politicians and national security agencies refuse to disarm and fight right-wing networks to this day.

We mourn our siblings who were murdered by racists in Hanau, Halle, Kassel and Munich. The victims will not be forgotten and live on through our struggles! Together with our friends in Hanau, we demand remembrance, justice, consequences and that cases are solved in their entirety. We will not be silent, we will not be intimidated and we will continue to fight for a diverse society of solidarity.

WE ARE HERE – AND WE ARE HERE TO STAY!

This is why we are looking at the big picture: we demand a good life for all! During the covid pandemic we have witnessed whose life counts and whose doesn’t. Politicians have consistently decided to quarantine refugees in insecure, crowded camps. Doors were closed instead of evacuating and providing decentralized housing for refugees and houseless people alike!

While some were able to retreat into safe homes, working class migrants were forced to harvest asparagus and strawberries or cut meat into bite-sized pieces for Tönnies for sub-minimum wages. For many people, migrants or not, the pandemic meant working themselves half to death as underpaid cleaning or care staff. They had to continue to work the supermarket registers, deliver food to our doorsteps and clean and care for others, often in illegalized status.

All this, despite the fact that people living, working and paying taxes in Almanya in the third generation do not get to participate in the democratic process if they don’t have German citizenship. Excluding almost ten million people from elections and referendums is undemocratic and institutional racism.

Ecocide has long been a reality of life for people of the Global South and one of the main reasons for migration, which is why the struggle for climate justice is inseparable from anticolonial struggles. Post-colonial plundering of fossil resources in the Global South had already robbed many people of their livelihoods and living spaces long before the pandemic. The pandemic has amplified this chain of global injustice. The lack of solidarity in the distribution of medical supplies and patent laws purely driven by profit, not by health care concerns, are parts of this continuity. National borders stop neither climate crises nor pandemics! We urgently need solutions on a global scale for all!

GAME OVER! WE DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO A CAPITALIST-RACIST ‘NORMAL’!

Our diagnosis is as follows: we are living in highly charged times, everything is still wide open, and our struggles, visions and alliances will determine the future! We urgently need to start our journey towards a society of solidarity for all! On September 4th 2021, we will be in Berlin to make a clear statement – that we have brought light into the dismal darkness every single day through our struggles and our hard-won solidarity, and that we will continue to do so no matter what!
