[Handreichung, dt., eng.] Beratung bei Rücküberstellung in ein anderes EU-Land (Dublin-Rückführung)

Geflüchtete können aufgrund der Dublin-Verordnung in das zuständige EU-Land (meist das Ersteinreiseland) überstellt werden, damit dort das Asylverfahren durchgeführt wird. Bereits in einem anderen EU-Land anerkannte Flüchtlinge werden aufgrund der Drittstaatenregelung dorthin abgeschoben, weil ihr Asylantrag in Deutschland nicht zulässig ist.
