[Guide] Advice on return to another EU country (Dublin return)
Under the Dublin Regulation, refugees can be transferred to the responsible EU country (usually the country of first entry) so that the asylum procedure can be carried out there. Refugees already recognized in another EU country are deported there under the third-country regulation because their asylum application is not admissible in Germany.
This brochure provides information for counseling in cases of impending Dublin transfer.
